Weekend Of Relaxation Workshops -
A two-day workshop, this intense study helps couples to understand their bodies needs during labor and birth, while also equipping them with tips, tricks, and techniques to help facilitate a healthier, more efficient, and more satisfying labor and birth experience.
Encouraged to come ready to move, moms and their partners and taught positions, relaxation techniques, and massage. Participatory games and videos round out the workshop.
Wonderfully Made Christian Childbirth Education -
A complete and comprehensive childbirth education program, this Christian course examines what the Bible says about pregnancy, birth, and the newborn. It is broken down into 6 classes and covers everything from pregnancy to newborn care. Through hands-on learning, educational and interesting activities, workbook information, videos, and demonstrations, women and their birth partners will learn valuable information and relaxation techniques to help them gain confidence in themselves and their bodies.

Work of Heart Childbirth Education -
This course is the secular counterpart to the above childbirth education class.
Help in making the best choices in childbirth is the best preparation for a safe and healthy birth.
Fit Mama Fit Baby Workshops -
A FMFB workshop gives creative options for getting back into shape postpartum while also having fun with your newborn/baby.
We will cover what a healthy diet consists of to keep your milk supply high while also allowing you to loose the baby-weight, how to work with your body to get into shape, and tips on how to live a healthier lifestyle as a family.
Labor Support Doula -
A doula is an experienced, non-medical assistant who provides physical, emotional and informed choice support in prenatal care, during childbirth and during the postpartum period.

Mother's Touch -
Mother's Touch workshops are designed for mom and baby and are taught in one evening. Infant and newborn massage has been shown to reduce colic, constipation, sleeplessness, and many other common ailments of infancy. It is also a wonderful way to bond with your new baby.
